Title: Grilled Bass
by deepv
Type: Entree
Servings: 4
Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Cook Time: 20 Minutes
Ingredients: 1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp paprika
lemmon pepper (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
2 pounds fish
3 Tbsp Butter (real is better)
2 cloves garlic (or more)
1 Tbsp parsley
1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
Directions: High Heat on grill.

Mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt - sprinkle evenly over fish.

Melt butter, garlic, and parsley. I do this on the cheap side burner, as I am cooking the fish.

Oil the grate on you're grill or sacrifice some fish to the grill gods, your choice.

Grill fish for 5-6 minutes then carefully turn over.

Drizzle some of the butter sauce on the cooked side.

Grill another 5-6 minutes or until done

Drizzle this side with olive oil.

If you have any butter sauce left over, it's nice to add as well.
