Well, I've been stir crazy wanting to go down to the lake and see if anythings changed for the better, So I ventured down below Truman Dam and pulled my boat into the dead channel and began trolling around as it was to windy to let the wind direct the boat. I saw fish being caught here and there and even caught one a few myself. My stepbrother was fishing with me and he landed a nice size whitebass. But all and all Id say time would be better spent locating good spots for the upcoming spawn as well as flats with drop offs on the river for the walleye bite which should be in full swing late March early April if i remember right.
